Waratah Showcases at FinnMETKO
FinnMETKO, the largest and most important trade and sales fair for the heavy machinery trade in Finland, was held 30 August -1 September. in Jämsä. During this international exhibition, visitors had the chance to compare and test various manufacturers’ industrial equipment in the environment for which it was built.
The FinnMETKO Fair is comprised of both outdoor and indoor booths, work demonstrations, test drives and competition areas, all in an exhibition area totaling more than 100 hectares. This year’s Fair boasted 32,300 visitors and more than 350 exhibitors. Forest machines were divided into two sections: a live demonstration area and static booths.
Waratah Forestry Attachments was featured in the Park Forest. At its static booth, the company featured six heads (H412, H414, HTH460, H480C, H270, and HTH622B), a simulator, a retail merchandise area, and even an open campfire with refreshments for those wishing to relax.
The night before the show’s opening; Waratah also hosted 35 Russian customers for dinner as a thank you for their continued support.
Waratah’s next exhibition will be Demo 2012 in Quebec, Canada on 20-22 September.
