Waratah Forestry Services Expands Retail Facility to Continue Providing First Class Customer Support
MOLINE, Illinois (April 18, 2011) — To continue providing unmatched service to its New Zealand customers, Waratah Forestry Services is expanding its Sala Street Centre location to include not only a retail facility but also a part centre, and technical training center. The expanded facility is expected to be fully operational by April 29, 2011.
This new parts centre will provide a greater storage capacity for the company, providing the opportunity for a larger inventory and therefore, offering customers a wider range of in-stock merchandise.
The new Technical Training Centre at the Sala location will provide machine operators, customers, and forest owners a dedicated area for education on how to properly utilize Waratah attachment technology while maintaining best practices.

The Waratah Service department will continue with its growth in expanding its customer base, creating more jobs, and beyond, and this extra floor space will be utilized for further machine rebuilds, upgrades, and local customer service repairs.
Along with these physical changes, Waratah is also pleased to announce two new Area Product Support Managers for the New Zealand Territory. These two new management positions will support Waratah’s northern and southern customers.
Allan Flavell will be based in Waratah’s Rotorua facility supporting the North Island customer market. Gerard Crichton will be based in Christchurch supporting the southern customer market.
By creating these two new roles, the company can provide the customer one point of contact for all business and ensure it remains focused on improving business for local customers within each region.
